At Golden Hour Skincare, I aim to provide exceptional service to all my clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, please take note of the following policies:

 

Cancellations: I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be seeking appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the services scheduled. You can easily reschedule through the online booking system or by contacting me directly via email at matildakeane@goldenhourskincarela.com. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

 

Missed Appointments: In the event of a missed appointment or failure to cancel, clients will be responsible for 50% of the services scheduled. While exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, this fee will not be applied to future services.

 

Late Arrivals: Please be mindful of arriving promptly for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify me in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or may be counted as a missed appointment if no prior communication is received. I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals to the best of my ability, but please understand that this may not always be possible.
